Our Eternal Salvation

Romans 14:10 KJV
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Salvation is important, but why, oh why, does the lesson only quote the last third of the verse?
This is the only place I have seen that done.

Text-proofing:  This verse is a good arguement that one can not, and should not guess what the state of the soul of other people is.  Be concerned with the state of your own soul.

Probably the most important, and yet least mentioned point is that feelings are meaningless, when it comes to salvation.  Martin Luther agonized over his salvation,  Calvin's Five Points enable one to delude one's self into thinking that one is of the elect, and thus saved.
